2.15 Adjusting the Head/Helmet Interface:

1. Loosen the adjustment knob by turning it counter-

clockwise.

2. For lateral movement, move the slider arm left or right to

the desired position and turn the adjustment knob clockwise

until secure.

3. For 180° swing adjustment, loosen the adjustment knob

fully until it stops automatically. Lift up on the slider arm

and swing it around 180°(pivoting around the adjustment

knob). Set the slider arm down on the pyramid connector

and tighten the adjustment knob until secure.

2.16 Neck Cord Installation:

The UTAM can be fitted with a neck cord when needed.

To attach the neck cord to the unit perform the following

procedure:

1. Locate the two neck cord eyelets between the eyepiece and

the body of the UTAM.
